Printable ID Badges
Make eye-catching reusable or permanent name badges for staff IDs, conferences, meetings, corporate events, campaigns, and controlled access areas.
Expect fast edits, full color layouts, and common badge sizes in both horizontal and vertical orientations.
“Hello my name is_” badges
Many teams want employee names and roles visible at a glance. Simple “Hello, my name is” style labels still work well for retail counters, pop-up booths, and short training days.
Open a template in MakeBadge, adjust colors and type, then download your sheet when you are ready to print.
Business Card generator - Online Badge Maker
Compose a classic or modern visiting card in the free MakeBadge app from scratch, or start from ready layouts for employees, professionals, students, and freelancers.
If you need a polished card on short notice, pick a template and adjust copy, colors, and logos in the same editor you use for badges.
Promotional Pin Badges
Create a button badge for brand promotion, visitor awareness, and light internal messaging. They also work as inexpensive handouts at fairs, meetups, and community events.
Quick checks before printing
Match the export size to the paper or inserts you plan to use. When you print on perforated badge stock, align the template with your printer driver margins so text stays inside each window. If you laminate cards, leave a small safe margin so trimming does not cut into names or barcodes.
Running a conference or meetup? Read the event name badge design checklist on MakeBadge for holder sizing, QR codes, and print proofs.
